Head of Digital Marketing:
We are expanding our corporate strategy and digital transformation! As the Head of Digital Marketing, you are responsible for vision, strategy, and delivering digital commerce initiatives which align to this strategy. This includes our website and omni commerce integrations with stores with the primary focus on selling dresses, shoes, and accessories for a variety of occasions for women – and acting as a feeder process of appointments which drive store sales. Owning a new platform, which serves vendors that connects them to our customers.
You will work cross functionally with other members of the business to drive revenue, best in class experiences for customers and vendors, while driving high NPS for both. You will report to the President of Marketing, IT & Finance helping us monetize opportunities in the dress industry.

Responsibilities/Strategies:

• champion of our brand values
• cheerleader of our brand, our customers, our vendors
• critical growth-driver of highly advanced brand-expansion, customer service, B2B, B2C, and digital engagement initiatives, tools, and solutions
• leader of digital commerce and omni-channel tools which drive and maximize sales across all channels
• leader of vivacious and dynamic vendor sales team
• designer of digital experience which provides vendors a rich and rewarding experience to ensure long-lasting relationships
• key leader in business rules platform to advancing dynamic marketing (2-way marketing) efforts, further implementing, and automating AI-generated comms, and more
• key partner in driving growth for internal initiatives
• leads mostly digital direct response efforts across marketing and operational interactions
• leads fusion of digital and physical interactions in stores including virtual showrooms in store and on mobile, etc.
• leads web merchandisers, content integrators, and site operations team to ensure high levels of performance across platforms
• partners with head of media on SEO initiatives
• tasked with championing a culture of innovation and digital transformation which enhances brand equity

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required
• Advanced degree preferred

Work Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of marketing and digital experiences, preferably in a multi-channel environment
• Minimum of 3 years of innovation design projects, preferably in new areas of opportunity
• Proven capacity to build new and exciting strategic projects which are new in market and dependent on strong branding and easy-to-use digital experiences (Uber, etc.)

Knowledge

• Proficient in latest digital office tools
• Be able to lead great teams with great culture while remote, virtual, or hybrid
• Knowledge of innovation ways of working
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art digital solutions which maintain a modern way of marketing
• Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing and partnership marketing

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internet savvy prospects as well as traditional, corporate, and small business clients
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Strong organizational, motivational, and delegation skills
• High energy level; focused with the ability to work effectively and successfully within a fast-paced, high energy environment
• Possess a high level of ethics and integrity

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to communicate promptly and accurately via computer, telephone, or similar device with or without assistive technology
• Ability to perform sedentary work
