About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM Engineer to support our Allbound Engine team. In this role, you'll build, optimize, and maintain complex automation workflows primarily using Clay , enabling our Strategists to deliver high-impact, intent-based GTM campaigns for our clients.

You’ll work cross-functionally with RevOps, Allbound, and Data teams to ensure seamless integration across systems like Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, and others.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain Claybook workflows based on our Allbound Maturity Model
2. Integrate tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Smartlead, Outbound Sync, and others
3. Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and campaign readiness
4. Troubleshoot and QA automations for scale and reliability
5. Collaborate across departments to support GTM execution
6. Mentor junior team members on automation standards and best practices
7. Continuously innovate on processes to unlock value from our tech stack

Required Qualifications

1. 2+ years building complex automations and enrichment workflows
2. 1+ year of advanced experience with Clay (workflows, integrations, enrichment)
3. Experience with web scraping and manipulating structured/unstructured data (e.g., CSVs)
4. Strong attention to detail in data validation and QA
5. Solid understanding of integration limitations and capabilities within Clay
6. Effective communication in a remote work environment (Slack, Google Meet, async updates)
7. Operate with trust, accountability, and integrity

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience working at a marketing or RevOps agency
2. Proficiency in HubSpot (Marketing, Sales, CMS, Ops Hub)
3. Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and custom integrations
4. Exposure to tools like ClickUp, Smartlead, Lemlist, Chili Piper, Copy.ai, and ad platforms
