Trio New College Network is a nonprofit reimagining college for underserved working adults. We incubate and launch local college programs that offer uniquely affordable and flexible degree pathways that have been proven to close racial disparity gaps, help students avoid debt, and get them better jobs. We are rapidly scaling our digital marketing operations and are looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to help us support more people in pursuing their college dreams. Our goal is to increase the number of quality applicants to our degree programs through digital advertising-driven lead generation. This role will be responsible for supporting the development for paid media strategies, managing the day-to-day execution, analyzing and reporting the performance, and optimizing campaigns. Our Growth Marketing Associate will also dive into web traffic and Hubspot data to discover new opportunities for improving our funnel conversion rate.
The ideal candidate will be data-driven, a problem solver, and a curious experimenter. This role reports to the Digital Marketing Manager. The rest of the marketing team will support this role with creative content, strategic input, and firsthand audience insights.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage paid social & retargeting campaigns
- Monitor spending and ensure effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign outcomes
- Optimize our website through analysis of traffic flows, heatmaps, user experience recordings, and interest form answers
- Use Hubspot data to evaluate performance of digital campaigns, as well as identify areas for improvement in the sales funnel
- Create weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on digital performance to identify opportunities to optimize the end-to-end marketing journey
- Plan and execute A/B tests and experiments to optimize conversion rates, user experience, and overall marketing performance
- Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign strategies and maximize ROI
Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing (such as at an agency or startup)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Direct platform experience preferred in digital marketing, with responsibilities in building and optimizing paid campaigns on one or more of Facebook, TikTok, and Google
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools preferred (such as Hubspot)
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and prospect funnels preferred, including A/B and multivariate testing tools
- Strong data communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to inform marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Analytical and rigorous mind that is comfortable collaborating with creative/design teammates on shared campaign goals

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000
