Development and Maintenance of IT systems and software
Resolve issues raised via the Systems Helpdesk - ensuring all software-related helpdesk cases are dealt with in line with agreed SLAs.
To be involved at all stages of the development life cycle: via initial analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging and support. In order to maintain oversight and delivery.
To work collaboratively with the project manager through completion of assigned tasks to make sure that all aspects of the project are delivered as planned.
Mitigate against potential technical risks by raising issues/concerns in order to safeguard project delivery.
Work with relevant Departments to provide proactive in-house development of the Group’s software products with subsequent implementation such as running effective inquiry and current awareness or 'alerting' services and developing communications strategies to monitor IT system.
Support:
Respond to enquirers' requests, including using IT facilities, software, and electronic and printed resources, and Act in a pivotal role between HA and software providers for helpdesk calls that cannot be resolved in-house.
Work with external consultants to enhance the systems as and when required.
Generate, automate, and produce operational reports and management information, adhering to defined templates and ensuring compliance with information security protocols, to conduct effective IT audits.
Develop and manage electronic resources using, for example, online databases and content management systems Design for the web in collaboration with the marketing department to implement marketing strategies of HA.
Job Requirements:
University Degree in Computer science (undergraduate) or other related fields
Ability to learn quickly and good teamwork skills essential.
Fluent English is written and spoken a must, additional languages a bonus.
Must be office-based and work based on UK working hours
Preference would be given to fresh graduates.
