Franchise Consultant

Industry: Insurance Restoration, Water Damage / Fire Damage Restoration, Disaster Restoration

Salary range: $78,000 - $90,000 plus bonus

Remote Position - You Can Live Anywhere!

Requires travel. A couple times per month

Our client, a National Restoration Franchise, knows that its business is all about their Employees and their Clients! Their success rests on its people!

This National Restoration company is looking for a Restoration Franchise Consultant to coach, motivate, and mentor their franchise owners across the United States. This exciting position allows you to share your knowledge and expertise to help the franchises grow! We are looking for someone who is experienced within the disaster restoration industry and has strong sales ability and knowledge. Proficiency with Xactimate is preferred, as you would be helping the franchisee with estimating questions, be a resource to answer technical questions, and assist in ways to increase their processes. You must also be proficient in daily operations and financials, as you will be a support to the franchise owners.

Duties:

• You will be a consultant of business, sales and technical expertise to each restoration franchise.
• Assist in financial analysis, insights and recommendations
• Provide field and technical support when needed

• Key member of the management team

• This position is primarily remote but would require travel, visiting franchises nationwide a couple times per month.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience working for a disaster restoration company
• Sales experience and knowledge
• Franchise management experience is preferred
• Proficiency in Xactimate preferred
• 5+ year experience in management within the insurance restoration industry
• IICRC Certifications updated and maintained
• Knowledgeable in the science of restoration. Able to provide technical assistance to franchise owners in regard to proper mitigation, fire and smoke remediation, cleanup, sewage cleanup, etc.
• Strong management and communication skills
