Join the Fisker team as a Sales Advisor and play a crucial role in guiding guests through the customer journey, providing exceptional service, and educating them on the Fisker brand and its products. Responsibilities
 

  • Promote a culture of safety and quality in accordance with Fisker and industry standards.
  • Ensure compliance with head office directives regarding operational changes and participate in audits as necessary.
  • Implement brand standards by maintaining a Retail Operations Manual.
  • Educate customers on Fisker products and guide them through the Electric Vehicle ownership experience.
  • Address objections and instill confidence and excitement in customers about choosing an EV lifestyle.
  • Accompany customers on tailored test drive experiences based on their specific interests.
  • Engage in meaningful conversations with customers, providing information on financial and insurance options, EV charging, and accessories.
  • Host delivery appointments and conduct new owner orientation sessions.
  • Collect and record customer data accurately in the CRM system.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and provide value to customers.
  • Record buyer and owner feedback to contribute to product and process improvements.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects such as pop-up events and delivery events.
  • Stay current on EV industry trends and develop expertise in electric vehicle functionalities and tools.
  • Manage relationships and maintain effective communication with all teams.
     

Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience
 

  • Minimum of 2+ years of related professional experience, with hospitality industry experience being a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent people skills, including oral and written communication, empathy, and active listening.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Self-starter with goal-oriented and highly motivated mindset, comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Positive, enthusiastic, and passionate mindset.
  • Ability to develop collaborative relationships and act as a respected, trusted partner and sales leader.
  • Presentation and communication skills.
  • Passion for electric vehicles and sustainability.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history (minimum 2-year driving record required).
  • Available to work during weekends, holidays, and evenings.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.

Expected Hourly Range: $22.00 - $31.00 per hour.

Additional compensation: Hourly pay is one part of total compensation which includes bonuses, equity awards as applicable, and benefits. An employee is eligible to participate in Fisker’s equity program, subject to the rules governing such programs.

Benefits: Fisker provides comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, vision, and disability insurance packages for full-time employees, their spouse or domestic partner, and children up to age 26. Coverage is effective on the first day of employment, and Fisker covers most of the premiums for employees.

The hourly pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations. Fisker reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for the position within the range listed, taking into account the wide variety of factors listed above.
