Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis with a focus on healthcare, leveraging your 1-2 years of experience to provide insightful reports and recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel Skills: Utilize your advanced Excel skills to analyze complex datasets, create dynamic financial models, and streamline reporting processes.
  • Government Contracts & Budgets: Apply your knowledge of government contracts and budgets to manage and monitor financial performance, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Forecasting & Budget Management: Develop accurate financial forecasts, manage budgets, and review actuals for month-end reporting.
  • KPI Metrics Analysis: Work closely with operational leaders to develop, monitor, and analyze KPI metrics, ensuring our goals and objectives are met.
  • Operational Support: Support operational leaders with data entry, invoicing, and other financial tasks as needed.
  • Independence & Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to work independently once trained, taking ownership of your responsibilities and delivering results.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of financial analysis experience, specifically in healthcare.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong capability in forecasting, budget management, and reviewing actuals for month-end.
  • KPI Metrics: Proven experience in analyzing KPI metrics and collaborating with operational leaders.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
