About This Role

As our Field Marketing Manager you will play a key role in shaping our Go-To-Market strategies and campaigns. We are looking for an engaged and metric-driven marketer to work with our sales and marketing teams to take our events and account-based marketing to the next level. You will have the opportunity to own and create personalized, impactful client experiences and events through the lens of account-based marketing.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop, execute, and manage data-driven marketing programs to align with regional sales strategies, with an emphasis on account-based marketing.
  • Plan, prepare, and manage online and offline events to create new sales opportunities, accelerate existing pipeline, and strengthen client relationships.
  • Design and execute strategic integrated campaigns that involve email marketing, direct mail, and other relevant channels to drive sales results and contribute to business growth, with an emphasis on account-based marketing tactics.
  • Collaborate with key members of our Go-To-Market team to ensure campaign messages are consistent and tie into shared goals.
  • Partner with teams across the company, including sales, post-sales, and executive leadership to understand their needs, align marketing efforts to support goals, and ensure consistency and effectiveness.
  • Promote local and regional brand awareness in order to generate demand for sales regions and associated target accounts.
  • Define marketing goals and KPIs that align to regional sales strategies and implement region-specific marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify successful marketing strategies and present reports showcasing success, deliverables and insights to stakeholders.

 

 

 

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years of Field Marketing experience; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline preferred.
  • Proven success in planning, executing, and managing in-person and virtual events and webinars.
  • Experience partnering with broader GTM teams to design and implement marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences and explain results and ROI.
  • Analytical mindset, having the ability to identify insights from complex marketing data and design creative long-term strategies to meet business goals.
  • Proficient in marketing solutions such as Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft, Outreach, 6Sense, and Demandbase.
