Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate the company's end-to-end presence at large-scale trade shows such as Microsoft Ignite, Google Cloud Next, and AWS reInvent, among others.
  2. Lead cross-functional planning/debrief meetings pre-and post event with onsite teams to align on messaging, expectations, the company's presence at the event, and ways to guarantee the greatest ROI.
  3. Create and send electronic invitations to field events, using Marketing Automation and event management tools.
  4. Work with Marketing Ops, Creative, and Web teams to create landing pages and other digital assets for live events.
  5. Design and build nurturing programs in a marketing automation platform for event follow-up.
  6. Conduct pre-event analysis of registration lists, create customer profile reports, and distribute to the field team for onsite preparation.
  7. Assist with vendor management, including sourcing vendors, submitting contracts, and working with internal finance teams to get approvals.
  8. Manage company swag and gifting platforms, ensuring smooth execution, easy access for the GTM team, and adherence to company branding guidelines.
  9. Manage social media promotion and content scheduling for field marketing events and webinars to maximize audience engagement and drive registration.


Required Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent years of working experience.
  2. 0-2 years of relevant marketing experience
  3. Knowledge of Google Suite, Adobe CS, Cvent, Microsoft Office & Enterprise communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.)


Compensation Information

Our client carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors to determine personal top of market. Market indicators are used to determine compensation, along with specific job family, background, skills, and experience. These considerations can cause compensation to vary and will also be dependent on location.


Salary Range

$48,000—$104,000 USD
