We’re seeking a Faith-Based Content Creator whose passionate about their faith, creatively driven, understands culture, and knows how to create fresh, modern, content that inspires action, builds community and connects with real people in real life.
This role is not about traditional religion or church-style content. It’s a kingdom-minded, modern, innovative position for someone who understands how to merge faith, culture, creativity, and execution.
We are launching multiple initiatives, including:
- Building an online community/collective of kingdom-minded leaders, entrepreneurs, and builders
- Launching purpose-centered education, coaching, and digital products
- Supporting and amplifying faith-based counseling and mental wellness initiatives
- Creating content that helps people become their best, discover purpose, achieve breakthrough and grow in the areas of finances and wealth.
We don’t aim to just offer services or solutions.
We aim to create impact, value, and transformation.
Who You Are
You are:
- A believer (Christian) who leads from faith — without being overly churchy or rigid
- Relatable, authentic, and real — not perfect, not polished, not pretending, but just being you – passionate about creating progress
- Modern, creative, culturally aware, and innovative
- Comfortable speaking on faith, purpose, identity, leadership, and growth in a way that feels relatable and authentic
- Someone who understands that content is a responsibility — it should move people, not just entertain them

Responsibilities
- Create short-form and long-form content that builds engagement, trust, and community
- Develop strong hooks, captions, storytelling, and messaging that resonate with a purpose-driven audience
- Be comfortable on camera (talking head, lifestyle-style content, voiceovers, etc.)
- Create content that leads to action — engagement, sign-ups, conversations, and movement
- Help identify and collaborate with UGC-style creators when needed
- Maintain brand tone that is faith-based, bold, encouraging, grounded, and modern
- Deliver content consistently with a high standard of execution and ownership
Ideal Candidate Experience
- Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of:
- Audience connection & storytelling
- Content hooks & retention
- Captions, CTAs, and engagement strategy
- Visual aesthetics & modern trends
- Comfortable balancing creative freedom with consistency and accountability
