Role : Engagement Manager, Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB) Client

Techno-Functional Programs

Location : Rutherford, New Jersey (Base location)

Opportunity : Full Time, Working at least 2 days in person at base location

Travel : Occasionally (1-2 times in a quarter between Miami/Boston location per

business priority for a day or two max)

Education, Experience, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or computer science
  • 5+ years of experience in technology services/products sales or technology service delivery engagement management in the banking industry.
  • Technology Service delivery includes diverse ranges of services such as App Dev, banking Product implementations, automation, infrastructure, Dev-Ops, cloud implementations, AI/ML solution implementation, QA, Business Analysis, UAT, UI/UX etc.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Good understanding of the financial industry at least in some of following areas - Corporate /wholesale lending, Syndicate loans, Corporate Finance and Private banking, Commercial banking
  • Ability to understand and manage software service delivery programs in global delivery model, understanding client’s business needs across technology transformation and have good understand of emerging technology trends.
  • Ability to network well with diverse stakeholders across client’s organization and ensure successful program setup to hand over to Delivery Managers.
  • Ability to analyze customers business drivers, technology service delivery expectation and identify to drive the continuous improvement from your delivery team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to independently create artifacts and set benchmark for supporting teams.
  • Ability to drive POV and proposals including solutioning, business success parameters and service delivery approach, resulting in consistent revenue growth and top CSAT.
  • Self-motivated individual driven by absolute customer centricity, demonstrating best in class service delivery, innovation and win-win partnership to Clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in Commercial & Investment banking portfolio for a Global Client.
  • Setup programs ground up in partnership with delivery organization.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new programs in partnership with Client Partners.
  • Stay up to date with industry technology trends, Client business transformation and fine tune portfolio expansion strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as delivery, talent acquisition, architecture, solutions, Cloud engineering, automation, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to portfolio expansion and service delivery.
  • Monitor engagement performance metrics and provide regular reports to Client senior management and your Delivery Mgmt.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation and collaboration.
  • Proactively network with diverse stakeholders across Client locations to showcase our capabilities, delivery performance and value adds, in partnership with Client Partners and Delivery Managers.
  • Foster a continuous learning, continuous improvement, automation first, appreciative, and fun culture across your engagement teams. Celebrate small achievements with teams and actively promote diversity in team expansion.
