Our client in the auto warranty insurance space is seeking a Senior Process Consultant to help modernize and streamline their claims operations.
The senior consultant will bring deep claims process knowledge and business context expertise to support the redesign of core operations, with a focus on technology adoption, DMS integration, and self-service enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process assessment and improvement for auto warranty claims operations
- Integrate with and streamline workflows related to Dealer Management Systems (DMS)
- Support transition from phone-based claims intake to more modern, scalable channels
- Explore self-service solutions and other digital tools to enhance operational efficiency
- Partner closely with client stakeholders to identify pain points, prioritize fixes, and implement practical solutions
- Maintain a collaborative and client-friendly approach, balancing rigor with flexibility
Qualifications:
- 7–10+ years of experience in process consulting or claims operations.
- Strong understanding of insurance claims workflows, especially in auto warranty.
- Hands-on familiarity with modern claims systems and dealer management platforms (DMS).
- Proven experience leading or supporting process optimization projects.
- Professional, adaptable, and collaborative in client-facing environments.
- Consulting background is a plus but not required.
- Industry exposure in warranty, insurance, or auto claims.

Duration: 7 weeks
Time Commitment: Full-time, 5 days per week
Location: Primarily remote, possible travel to client site in the Midwest
Expected rate: $125 - $175 per hour
