Position: Email Marketing Specialist (Contractor)

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team on a contractual basis. If you have a proven track record of crafting compelling email campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving engagement, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities: Support our Head of Marketing to execute against our Marketing Plan, specifically on the following:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies: Work within Asana and Klaviyo to initiate all email campaign setup, including copywriting, graphic design implementation, segmentation, and scheduling.
• Analyze metrics and provide insights to enhance future campaigns: Come to weekly meetings ready to review the prior week’s campaign and flow analytics, and provide input on how to enhance email performance in the next 60 days.
• Create engaging email content and design eye-catching templates.
• Create Automation Flows: Update, test, and build out automated flows in 30-day sprints for continual channel optimization.

Additional Opportunities:

• Blog: Owning setup and copywriting within Shopify where fitting to provide brand voice consistently
• SMS: Translate the work within email Email strategy to SMS (via PostScript)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing
• Proven experience in copywriting
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms and our tools (e.g., Klaviyo, PostScript, Shopify, Asana).
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in collaboration AND meet deadlines.

Duration: On-Going As Needed

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Up to $35/hour
