Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Email Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing the entire email campaign process, from implementation to post-deployment. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure email campaigns are executed flawlessly and meet client expectations. This position requires a strong interest in digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the email campaign lifecycle from setup to deployment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Query and manipulate data files to segment email audiences and ensure correct targeting.
- Set up and configure HTML email creatives in the email campaign management system.
- Schedule and deploy email campaigns in accordance with client specifications.
- Coordinate with internal clients to manage email copy and creative requests, including making minor HTML updates as needed.
- Work in a content management system (CMS) to build templated campaigns, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance (QA) checks on all email campaigns to ensure they meet client expectations and are error-free.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
- Monitor email marketing trends, recommend improvements, and stay up-to-date on best practices.
- Collaborate with the email marketing team to develop and refine internal processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist in the training and development of junior team members.
- Serve as the liaison with the internal Customer Care team for handling cross-company opt-out requests.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong interest in digital marketing and email marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and clients.
- A hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented team player.
- Familiarity with database systems and a technical mindset; previous experience with Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic HTML is required.
- Experience with SQL is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in email marketing or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
