THE PLATFORM
Our patented product never collects personal metadata and does not require a sign-up or login. Users can access their company’s page with a knowledge-based 'team security question.' All feedback is subject to team voting in order to build consensus around the most pressing issues and best ideas. Our goal is to surface democratic truths that leadership will be forced to listen to.
COMPENSATION
The salary listed is a "basis" for what will be offered post-funding. We are currently a pre-money start-up with ~20 mostly part-time, internationally remote, passionate members contributing sweat equity for early stock options — NOT A CASH-NOW JOB, sorry.
THE ROLE
The ESG Strategic Partnership Director will work closely with company leadership to develop a full-spectrum outreach materials and strategy to inform and attract thought-leaders, progressive leaders, and social-justice & sustainability advocates to discover and leverage our product.
WE ARE SEEKING someone who:
* has intimate knowledge of sustainability paradigms, motivations and economics;
* has a network & resume that can attract other thought-leaders and influencers;
* has experience building industry thought leader & media outreach and press communication strategies;
* has a history working on social and/or political campaigns and communications;
* is current on general social, political and industry news / trends;
* has an understanding of grassroots labor and/or sustainability intitatives;
* possesses psychological curiosity and empathy;
* can craft highly effective cold personal messaging to high-value industry & media targets;
• is available at least 15 hrs per week consistently;
