Kensington seeks to add a Director of Marketing to its team to further support the firm and its growing needs. The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the firm’s business objectives. The Director of Marketing will oversee all aspects of marketing, including lead generation, digital marketing, content marketing, events, branding, partnership marketing and public relations.

Director of Marketing Enjoys:

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness and aligns with the company's business goals and objectives
· Manage the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, content marketing, social media marketing, search engine optimization (“SEO”), pay-per-click (“PPC”) advertising and events
· Collaborate with sales, product development, partners and other teams to develop effective marketing campaigns and programs that promote our financial services and generate leads
· Create and manage the production and delivery of marketing materials, including promotional materials, website, sales collateral, presentations, brochures, white papers, educational pieces and digital assets that positively promote company brand and awareness, to our partners and prospects
· Stay current with industry trends and best practices and use this knowledge to continually improve our marketing strategies
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
· Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns, and use this information to make data-driven decisions that improve overall marketing performance
· Develop and execute a public relations program to generate media coverage and build the company’s brand
· Develop and manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and to maximize return on investment
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
· 7+ years of experience in marketing at an RIA and/or Broker-Dealer, with familiarity of SEC and Finra marketing rules
· Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
· Excellent copywriting skills, with high attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
· Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems and other marketing tools and technologies; experience with Salesforce and Hubspot a plus
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
