Position Overview
The Director of Business Growth is responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive the expansion of the company's revenue, market share and customer base. This position requires combining market trends, data analysis and innovative strategies to optimize sales channels, product promotion and customer acquisition methods to achieve sustainable growth.
Main Responsibilities
1. Growth strategy formulation and execution
Design and implement business growth strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Research market trends, industry dynamics and competitors to develop differentiated growth strategies.
Through data analysis and market research, we can discover new growth opportunities, such as product optimization and new market expansion.
2. Customer acquisition and market expansion
Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies to increase user conversion rates and lifetime value (LTV).
Evaluate existing market performance and identify potential markets or segments for expansion.
Drive business growth through cross-channel marketing (digital marketing, social media, SEO, content marketing, etc.).
3. Sales and revenue optimization
Set revenue targets and optimize pricing strategies to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and product teams to improve sales funnel conversion rates.
Monitor sales performance and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize sales strategies.
4. Operational optimization and innovation
Optimize growth strategies through A/B testing, data analysis and user feedback.
Introduce new technologies, tools or platforms to improve business growth efficiency.
Evaluate and optimize customer experience to increase user satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Team management and cross-departmental collaboration
Lead the growth team and ensure team goals are aligned with company growth goals.
Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams to drive growth.
