The Director, Integrated Campaign Operations will be a part of ADA’s Field Campaign and Community Initiatives Team and all 21 Field Teams (markets). Manage the implementation of a comprehensive development program supporting all fundraising campaigns and operations. This position focuses on department integration, communications, vendor management, execution, onboarding support, financial monitoring, and supporting strategies for fundraising by working independently and collaboratively on complex and highly detailed projects. This position reports to the Vice President of Field Campaign and Community Initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works cross-functionally to integrate field campaign team with other ADA departments ensuring development work is executed through Marketing, Service Center, Finance, IT&S, and other departments.
- Coordinates with external vendors, ensuring all event communications are developed and delivered according to schedule.
- Conceptualize and develop polished and effective communications such as PowerPoint presentations, briefs, emails, reports, scripts, talking points, Excel reports, Word documents, etc.
- Lead the review, direction, and execution of campaign electronic communications and external website content.
- Develops and circulates financial reports on progress for campaigns to markets, department leaders, and senior leadership.
- Monitor, track, and manage centralized SharePoint materials.
- Supports and monitors CRM processes, reporting, and system development enhancements.
- Supports team and field with DonorDrive and all fundraising platform initiatives.
- Supports National Campaign Directors on campaign initiatives.
- Supports field development training and onboarding.
- New staff onboarding execution.
- Updates, monitors, and manages department timelines, roadmaps, and expenses.
- Supports event production as needed, for markets.
- Helps source and order marketing, promotional, and merchandise items for all fundraising campaigns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Able to communicate, build relationships, gain trust, and effectively work with ADA staff members.
- Able to proactively and effectively communicate across diverse audiences of staff.
- Able to communicate with internal employees (i.e., own department members, internal ADA department or regions).
- Able to communicate with external contacts (i.e., volunteers, customers, vendors, authorities).
- Position is responsible for convincing or influencing others without direct or formal authority.
- Nonprofit experience with knowledge of fundraising, development, signature events, and Peer-to-Peer event participants.
- Knowledge, skills, and general understanding of workflow/process, user management & troubleshooting CRM experience administering tools, DonorDrive, and integrated application (understanding of relationship).
- Able to work effectively within a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, planning, and reasoning skills.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience with continuous process improvement and execution.
- The desire and capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Compensation range: $90,000 - $100,000 DOE
