Black Tie is looking for an eager Marketing Manager to join our team and own the creative approach to our digital marketing strategies. If you enjoy working in a small team, fully owning projects to completion and you're up for a challenge - this position is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end development of impactful storytelling campaigns, from strategic ideation to content/asset creation for key brand initiatives
  • Closely monitor, measure and report campaign performance
  • Proactively communicate to ensure that leadership remain updated on any changes in general direction or deadlines
  • Manage key promotional events, including content creation, creative review, change and execution
  • Regular reporting and recapping of promotions
  • Brainstorm with team to craft compelling, content-forward emails for the brand
  • Develop outside-the-box marketing ideas to acquire and retain customers across marketing channels
  • Works closely and effectively with the CEO and COO to keep him/her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, economics, finance or equivalent hands-on experience considered
  • 2+ years of experience in growth, performance and/or digital marketing
  • Experience working in Constant Contact, Adobe, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate tests
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An ability to think strategically and outside of the box
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
