Key Responsibilities

  1. Conceive, develop, and produce creative copy for diverse projects and audiences, both digital and traditional
  2. Participate in all stages of work from conceptualization to production
  3. Assist with the proofreading of diverse materials, such as digital media, scripts, advertising layouts, and legal disclaimers
  4. Constantly review and update existing digital media projects with timely content
  5. Work closely with graphic designers and developers to integrate creative text into websites, brochures, flyers, scripts, etc.
  6. Collaborate with clients to coordinate and execute the creation and release of copy, ensuring all communications follow the client’s guidelines and brand messaging
  7. Create content, designs, and layouts for websites and print media, such as product sheets, newsletters, flyers, brochures, and posters
  8. Write copy for digital and printed communication materials (brochures, postcards, newsletters, flyers, and electronic communication processes)
  9. Author brand messaging and develop collateral to be used in marketing campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Experience writing keyword-rich, compelling, and unique content for products, services, and articles
  2. Experience copywriting for the web, print, and digital
  3. Exceptional written communication skills
  4. Familiarity with the AP Style Guide
  5. Knowledge of social media marketing
  6. Deadline driven mindset
  7. Ability to work well independently with little supervision
  8. Team-Oriented

OTHER PREFERRED SKILLS:

  1. Google AdWords Knowledge / Certification
  2. Basic Graphic Design and Conceptual Design Understanding
  3. Working knowledge of SEM, SEO, HTML, CSS, blogging, and social media platforms

PREF QUALIFICATIONS:

AA / BA degree, preferably in English, Journalism or Communications
