Position: Digital Content & Social Media Manager

Location: Denver, CO

 

AimHire is partnering with a fast-growing SaaS company in the Denver area to find a dynamic and driven Digital Content & Social Media Manager. This pivotal role will be integral to the company's marketing efforts as they continue to evolve. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in Digital Content & Social Media Management and be adept at B2B marketing strategies to drive lead generation, boost brand awareness, and support sales growth of their SaaS products. This is a Direct-Hire Position paying between $80-$90k depending on the level of experience.

 

 

THIS IS FULLY ONSITE IN DENVER, CO (only apply in you are comfortable with fully onsite environment)

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across all relevant social media channels to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Optimize digital content for search engines to boost organic visibility and drive traffic to our online platforms.
  • Strategize and execute comprehensive multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, webinars, and paid advertising.
  • Design and implement targeted account-based marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the production of high-quality content, including whitepapers, case studies, video testimonials, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Ensure content consistency with the overall marketing strategy and its relevance to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create and distribute effective sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, product collateral, and competitive analyses.
  • Train sales teams on marketing initiatives and the use of marketing tools.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on B2B marketing activities and outcomes to the VP of Marketing.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts based on strategic criteria, such as revenue potential, industry trends, and business fit.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly within the SaaS or technology solutions sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective B2B marketing strategies.
  • Experience with SEO best practices and familiarity with content management systems.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Strong knowledge of demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing principles.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative content and campaign ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
