Our customers rely on our knowledge, products and capabilities to enable fail safe synchronization and optimize the performance of their network operations.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a background in a technical B2B products business and wants to take ownership in driving and implementing a results oriented marketing strategy. Success in our small team environment depends on the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across the company. Primary deliverables and responsibilities include:
Content Strategy
- Understands our customer base to identify relevant topics
- Is conversant in the technical challenges, language and imagery used by different network environments
- Creates and manages a comprehensive content calendar across different digital channels
- Defines, tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure content success
Content Creation
- Writes blog posts, articles, social media updates, website copy, and other digital content formats
- Develops engaging visuals (infographics, videos, images) to complement written content.
- Produces high-quality content that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
SEO Optimization
- Incorporates relevant keywords and optimizing content for search engine ranking.
- Manages meta descriptions and title tags for improved search visibility.
- Builds internal linking structures within website content.
Content Distribution
- Publishes content on the company website, social media platforms, and email newsletters
- Recommends/ Promotes content through paid advertising channels
- Leverages social media engagement strategies to expand reach
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitors content performance using analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Analyzes website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement metrics
- Creates reports to demonstrate the impact of content marketing efforts to stakeholders
Tech Tools/ Graphic Design
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for creating engaging visual content
- Experience with video editing software is a plus
- MS Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
