About the Job
TurnKey Marketing is seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist to support a pharmaceutical and medical device client within our portfolio.
This is a hands-on, execution-first role focused on paid advertising in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. You will actively manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms, with a strong emphasis on performance, compliance, and speed.
You’ll work closely with account leadership, analytics, creative, and development teams to ensure programs are compliant, integrated, and delivering against both HCP and DTC objectives.
Compensation will be based on experience, skill set, and role alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own hands-on execution and optimization across digital advertising platforms, including: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook / Instagram), TikTok (strong plus), Video / CTV / OLV (strong plus)
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities
- Diagnose performance issues, pacing challenges, and efficiency drops, and take action
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to pharmaceutical and medical regulatory requirements (FDA, MLR, and platform policies)
- Partner closely with account management and analytics to align performance insights with client goals
- Collaborate with creative and development teams to ensure ad creative and landing experiences support performance and compliance
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
- Participate in client conversations as needed to explain performance, optimizations, or strategic pivots
- Help establish scalable digital advertising processes that can support future account growth
Requirements
- Demonstrated hands-on experience executing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns
- Recent experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated healthcare marketing
- Direct experience working inside advertising platforms (not solely overseeing or managing others)
- Strong understanding of how paid advertising connects to websites, landing pages, and conversion paths
- Comfort working within regulatory and compliance constraints while maintaining a performance focus
- Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain performance decisions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
