Description: This is an ideal position for someone desiring to work in the innovative, fast-paced, and growing field of digital marketing. In this role, you are responsible for crafting and managing a client's digital marketing strategy in order to meet our client's goals and influence the net retention of your book of business. The ideal candidate is well-versed in digital marketing strategies, an excellent communicator and possesses a solution-centric mindset.
Primary Duties:
- Construct the digital marketing strategy for a large portfolio of clients in order to reach client goals based on volume and ROI.
- Account monitoring to ensure that campaigns are pacing in terms of budget and performance. This includes budget placements, channel strategy, website recommendations, creative direction, cross-functional team communication and more.
- Lead the communication with clients on reporting, strategizing and problem-solving.
- Develop and present QBRs and Account reviews to provide in-depth summaries of account performance, the business impact and provide additional strategies for growth.
- Routinely produce detailed reports on performance and progress of campaigns for clients in order to effectively manage and grow revenue.
- Evaluating performance across the portfolio and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Remain current in new advancements in digital marketing and our clients’ industries, and maintain any available certifications pertinent to the position.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Work exceptionally well in a team-based environment while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Demonstrates a client-centric mindset and effective communication
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-4 years of Digital Account Management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing advertising budgets in social, display and programmatic platforms; search engine optimization; ABM; content marketing and overall marketing strategy.
- Ability to deliver extraordinary customer service both internally and externally by effectively communicating the goals, targets, tactics, capabilities, and applications of paid advertising to both stakeholders and clients.
- Digital Marketing Certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in marketing, management, business management, or related field.
- Ability to strategically analyze the needs of clients across the marketing spectrum.
- Excellent business sense as well as problem solving, project management, and analytical skills.
- 3-4 years agency experience.

The following compensation information is a good faith estimate and is provided in accordance with applicable state laws. The base salary generally ranges between $65,000 year - $80,000 year + incentive compensation incentive based on revenue managed and retention of clients. This range is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills, experience, and training.
