Wesleyan and the National Education Opportunity Network (NEON) are partnering to offer Wesleyan University courses to Title 1 or Title 1 eligible high schools across the country. As a Wesleyan and NEON Course Leader, you will engage students in synchronous discussions, evaluate student work, drive student success, and be part of a national community working to advance education equity.
The following courses are being offered for the Spring 2026 semester.
Paid training will take place for 4 hours (2 synchronous, 2 asynchronous) sometime in January, exact dates to be decided. The regular work schedule will begin in February.

Responsibilities include:
This is a remote position working up to 10hrs per week. All positions may require on campus meetings.
Remote work is only considered for residents of MA, VT, NH, ME, CT, RI, or NY.

Excellent engagement, team building, and communications skills.
Ability to excel in changing or challenging circumstances.
Content knowledge and/or coursework in a related field.
Commitment to provide consistent support to students.
Interest in distance learning challenges and opportunities.
