As a Copywriter on our internal brand team, you’ll work collaboratively in our fast-paced environment to bring our technology, brand and culture to life across all types of media. Working with the Marketing, Product, Recruitment and Sales teams, you’ll brainstorm big ideas and distill robust content and research into unique concepts and compelling, persuasive messaging that highlights our software’s features and benefits.
In this role, you’ll help drive sales forward and positively impact our positioning within the industry.
- Write and edit copy, leveraging a deep understanding of our software, features and benefits
- Utilize data and strategic insights to optimize copy for impact within the talent technology industry
- Create original, compelling content while consistently applying our established brand voice across all media
- Ideate and see projects through all aspects of delivery
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, Recruitment, Development and Creative to ensure objectives, milestones and deadlines are met
- Participate in concepting sessions in collaboration with Art Directors and ACDs/CDs
- Deliver scalable B2B content across various channels such as websites, social media, digital advertising, interactive experiences, video, reports and blogs
- Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, and address problems
- Write compelling copy for our platform targeting key decision makers and users who are technical and operational in nature
- Write engaging copy for our career site, social media, internal communications and videos that informs employees and attracts top talent
- 2-3 years of experience writing for a SaaS/Technology organization within an agency or in-house marketing/brand team
- Ability to distill complex technology features into concise, compelling, value-based B2B advertising content that drives engagement
- Solid understanding of writing aligned to website designs, UX specs, SEO strategies, digital marketing and SaaS-based software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work within strict deadlines
