Job Description:


We're a fast-growing construction recruiting firm looking for an experienced Full Desk Recruiter who can seamlessly manage both business development and candidate sourcing. This is a fully remote position with high growth potential and the opportunity to truly own your desk.


As a Construction Account Manager / Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in driving client relationships while sourcing and placing top talent across the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, enjoys the relationship-building aspect of sales, and is also hands-on in candidate delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage long-term client relationships in the construction sector
  2. Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for open roles
  3. Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial client contact through offer and placement
  4. Utilize Bullhorn ATS to track activity, manage pipeline, and ensure data accuracy
  5. Collaborate with internal team members to meet shared recruiting and sales goals


Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of full desk recruiting experience (construction industry experience a plus)
  2. Proven ability to build and grow client accounts
  3. Strong sourcing skills across various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
  4. Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills
  5. Experience using Bullhorn or similar applicant tracking systems
  6. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  7. Must be able to accommodate scheduled meetings on a CST time zone
