We’re Hiring!


We are a fast-growing Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Center with offices in Elmhurst, Brooklyn Heights, and Manhattan, seeking for a skilled Clinical Research Coordinator to join our multidisciplinary medical team.

In this role, you will wo

rk in-person, providing hands-on, patient-centered care to individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries. You’ll perform clinical evaluations, develop and manage treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and other providers in a dynamic, supportive environment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Trial Coordinator to join a growing, multidisciplinary clinical research practice specializing in neurology, psychiatry, pain management, and CNS disorders. This role offers the opportunity to work on industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical trials in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.


Key Responsibilities


* Coordinate day-to-day operations of clinical trials from start-up through close-out

* Screen, recruit, and consent study participants in accordance with protocol and GCP

* Schedule and conduct study visits, assessments, and follow-ups

* Maintain accurate and timely source documentation, CRFs, and regulatory binders

* Ensure compliance with study protocols, FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and IRB requirements

* Serve as a primary liaison between investigators, sponsors, CROs, and study participants

* Assist with study start-up activities, including regulatory submissions and site initiation visits

* Track adverse events, protocol deviations, and safety reporting

* Support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections


Qualifications


* Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, psychology, or a related field (required)

* Prior experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator or Research Assistant (preferred)

* Strong knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and IRB processes

* Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously with attention to detail

* Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and EMRs

* Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
