Job Description:

Manages implementations of all new and expanded Right Management outplacement or career management client accounts. Acts as the client’s main point of contact as well as the liaison between the client, Sales and Delivery teams and other internal operational functions from the proposal win through transition to the Client Services team.

 

Partner with the Sales organization to ensure feasibility of offerings, includes but not limited to review and feedback on: SOW, Billing Process, Reporting Requirements, System Requirements for Custom Programs.

 

Clearly and efficiently coordinate and articulate internal and external stakeholder roles and tasks to ensure deliverables and timing are understood and agreed upon in alignment with business processes. Manage any potential risk in the client agreement and/or expectations, as well as bridge any gaps to success by planning resolution with the proper teams. Oversee team’s advancement of deadlines and deliverables and update team and leadership on status. Take on the management of non-standard deliverables, creating a creative solution or process to accommodate a client requirement.

 

Own overarching project management as well as the proper documentation of solutions/deliverables (i.e. Account Guideline document) as defined by the internal account delivery teams.

Exceed expectations throughout all phase of engagement with the client, from negotiation phase to support the SOW (Statement of Work) negotiation to completion and to ensure the proposed SOW and/or client requests align with our internal operations. Facilitate conversations on solutioning, and investment required for approval by Sales Leadership.

 

Qualifications

Required

● Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

● Project Management: Managed fast paced, large-scale and/or global projects (PMI or similar and usage of management tools preferred)

● Customer service or relationship management: 2+ years supporting or servicing account

 

Nice to Have

● Process creation: Lean or Six Sigma training preferred

● Sales: Experience or exposure to sales techniques and processes

● Experience working on a large, matrixed global tea
