About The Role

We are looking for a Channel Marketing Coordinator with a focus on organization and relationship building to join our fast-growing marketing team. Reporting directly to the Channel Marketing Manager, the Channel Marketing Coordinator will not only take charge of existing channel marketing efforts and partner enablement, but will play a pivotal role in growing and standardizing NinjaOne’s channel marketing strategy for the North American markets. This person is passionate about working closely with sales and other marketing functional teams to produce both partner acquisition and partner enablement programs for a variety of accounts, verticals, and territories.

 


The Channel Marketing Coordinator will need to identify key opportunities for improving existing partner’s efforts to spread the word about Ninja. This person will support the campaign objectives, tactics, channels, and assets in order to help successfully grow Ninja’s channel program. As the Channel Marketing Coordinator, you will need to execute and measure these channel marketing campaigns utilizing a variety of mediums and channels, including email, events, social, display/PPC advertising, and direct mail. You should understand how to leverage cross-functional teams in Content Marketing, Community Marketing, and Product Marketing to develop messaging and content appropriate for the targeted personas.

 


Location - Austin, TX. Hybrid Remote, meaning in office 3 times per week (typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

 


What You’ll be Doing

  • Support creation and execution of joint channel and partner marketing campaigns including messaging, asset generation, content, events, multi-touch demand generation programs, and ABM and coordinate cross-functionally with other marketing departments for execution

  • Oversee campaign logistics such as event discovery, material shipping and handling, project management of assets, post-campaign efforts and more

  • Maintain a growing inventory of swag, collateral, and digital assets

  • Build relationships deep and wide within the targeted partners; secure partner commitment on marketing plans

  • Collaborate with marketing and enablement departments to create, implement, and promote channel initiatives, including marketing kits, sales success kits, and co-branded assets

  • Document and templatize Channel Marketing initiatives

  • Support pipeline through end-to-end program components such as email campaigns, direct mail, webinars, digital advertising, social media, events, and more

  • Conduct post-event/campaign evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations with marketing and channel teams.

  • Work cross-functionally with other marketing departments to launch programs and brainstorm new initiatives

  • Leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows

  • Other duties as needed, including travel for business purposes.

 


About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in developing executing marketing campaigns (SaaS channel experience a bonus)

  • Experience marketing a B2B SaaS product preferred

  • Extremely comfortable developing a relationship with Sales and external partners as well as working cross-functionally with other marketing departments to create a well-rounded strategy

  • Strong organization, planning, writing, creative, and project management skills with experience leading program updates in front of a broader team

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment with an ability to pivot quickly and adjust priorities accordingly

  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, MAPs (Pardot or Marketo), and sales engagement software (Salesloft or Outreach) preferred
