Brand and Media Coordinator
This position will serve as the chief storyteller of the company and will lead the company’s marketing efforts across its portfolio of businesses. It will focus on increasing brand awareness and driving customer engagement to increase sales and attract talent across multiple divisions. This will be accomplished by carefully crafting and sharing the Benchmark story in a way that is relevant to the target audience. The BMC oversees all content published on the company’s websites and social media platforms. The BMC is a creator, editor, writer, project manager, and work in conjunction with the Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies tailored to each business' unique brand, target audience, and goals.
- Define the story of the brand and determine how to best share it with others.
- Plan and execute annual marketing budgets which will include social media campaigns, trade shows, print ads, videos shoots, etc. and track ROI.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent application of brand voice, tone, and visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Act as a brand ambassador, fostering positive relationships with the community.
- Maintain and update the company website, oversee digital campaign implementation and optimization.
Digital and Print Media Management:
- Produce compelling copy, images, and videos for websites, email campaigns, social media, and advertisements.
- Maintain and update websites to ensure current and engaging content.
- Develop and produce engaging graphic and written materials for various projects and marketing packages.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers as needed.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments.
- Lead the development and implementation of tailored marketing campaigns specific to construction and landscape industries.
- Manages all photo and video libraries
Event Promotion & Coordination:
- Plan and execute promotional events and special functions targeted at internal and external audiences.
- Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations to cross-promote events and services.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor social media trends, analytics, and customer engagement metrics using data to optimize performance.
- Use data to drive decision-making and improve campaign outcomes.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in marketing, social media management, or a related field, preferably in hospitality, entertainment, or service industries.
Skills:
- Proficient in social media platforms, analytics tools
- Skilled in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Travel: Office Headquarters will be located in Murfreesboro, TN as a home base for this position. Travel throughout the southeast is required. Management will work with candidate to organize an appropriate travel schedule which allows them to fulfill roles both personally and professionally.
