As a B2B Marketing Coordinator, you will spearhead our lead generation campaigns, provide detailed marketing metric reporting, manage client promotions schedule, and coordinate with our sales team to reach lead goals. You'll use your graphic design skills to create assets for both our clients and our internal branding, and your understanding of marketing will be crucial in ensuring our brand messaging and product offerings are effectively marketed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead gen campaigns (Lead capture forms and landing page creation)
- Set up automations for lead routing
- Graphic design
- Web copy improvement
- Design and formatting of B2B content like white papers and ebooks
- Creating gated content pages
- Lead and marketing metric reporting
- Communicating updates to clients for the promo campaigns
- Managing the schedule of client promotions
- Graphic design of client assets and our internal branding pieces
- Building lead funnels for our sales pipeline
- Coordinating with sales team to set and hit lead goals
- Ensuring our brand messaging and product offerings are effectively marketed
Experience
- Experience in marketing enterprise-level SaaS, tech, or tech-enabled services
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven track record (3+ years) in a B2B Marketing role
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and related
- Proficiency in basic AI skills (i.e. ChatGPT) for research, writing drafts, code troubleshooting, etc.
- Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and organizing custom post types
- Proficiency in WordPress web development and design in Gutenberg (block-based editing)
- Proficiency in social publishing tools
- Experience with graphic design tools
