The Loan Servicing Manager is primarily responsible for the direction and management of the bank’s Load Servicing team. This position reports to the EVP/Chief Risk Officer and is expected to: provide leadership, counsel, coaching and support to direct reports; develop and foster inter-departmental collaborative working relationships across the entire company and most specifically with retail and business development teams; be the loan operations subject matter expert and resource for the company; and continually enhance customer service/delivery through the implementation and integration of efficient and customer-focused processes, procedures and technology.

Directly supervises Loans Servicing Department team members.
Working Conditions :
This position requires the individual be available after normal working hours, periodically on weekends and holidays to provide support, complete projects and meet deadlines.Business travel will be required to meet with vendors and attend education/training opportunities
