The Associate Marketing Manager supports the Retail Experience team with data-driven menu recommendations for seasonal windows. They manage and update menu content with a sharp eye for detail, quickly addressing issues as they arise. The role includes maintaining a repository of past tests and seasonal results, reviewing creative proofs for accuracy, and providing clear feedback.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong project management skills and at least four years of experience in product or brand management.
Associate Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Support the Retail Experience team with strategic, data-driven menu recommendations.
- Review signage and menus to ensure accuracy and alignment with seasonal strategies.
- Manage data entry and act as the central point of coordination across all menus.
- Document and populate menu content within the internal menu tool, demonstrating strong attention to detail and the ability to identify errors, surface opportunities, and act quickly when issues arise.
- Maintain a historical repository and “knowledge bank” of past tests and seasonal campaign results to inform future planning and share with leadership.
- Review seasonal menu creative proofs for accuracy and provide clear, actionable feedback for revisions.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across Marketing, Product, and the Creative Studio to ensure high-quality execution of menu content.
- Support Licensee Store menus by maintaining assortment grids for nuanced business assortments and understanding implications for unique store sets.
Associate Marketing Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management experience (food and beverage experience is a plus; project management does not need to be exclusive to marketing)
- 2+ years of experience in data interpretation (Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) menu experience is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Oracle or Tableau is a plus (for reading data, not building dashboards or databases)
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to track and manage complex information
- High level of accuracy in data entry, with the ability to pull and synthesize data using internal tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
