Your Role
 

• Develop national promotions for consumers and professional stylists supporting innovations and core skus
• Develop secondary merchandising as needed to support innovations, promotions, and account requests.
• Create ads for accounts supporting account themes, DevaCurl innovations and promos.
• Develop deep understanding of the brand’s identity and key initiatives.
• Be an active participant during the yearly planning sessions, understanding customer needs and strategizing on best practices.
• Work hand in hand with finance and supply chain on COGs, margin targets, allocations, sell through, PO management ensuring timelines are met.
• Ensure all promotions and merchandising materials meet timelines as appropriate.
• Partner with sales and brand, where necessary, to strategize our brand look and feel for all and merchandising material.
• Working externally and cross functionally in the development of all collateral to support.
• Effectively manage and maintain budget responsibility for in store merchandising, aligned with key stakeholder, while always looking to improve cost.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive insights for promos & merchandising as well as staying on top of key trends in Hair, retail and Pro communities.
• Strong financial acumen and business analytics capabilities.

The salary for this role is $73,300.00 - $105,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
