We seek a Brand & Content Marketing Associate Manager to join our rock star marketing team at an exciting health technology company experiencing a new stage of direct-to-consumer growth. In this role you will work with a group of highly motivated professionals tasked with solving challenges.
Your goal will be to support the company’s growth and marketing team through the lens of user experience, creative messaging, and brand presence. In addition, you will work closely with various internal teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders to provide insights, foresight, and data-driven answers to strategic questions.
Key responsibilities will focus on contributing to the development of a cohesive communication strategy for LifeStation, including our landing pages, ad copy, web storefront presences, content marketing, and more. Additionally, you will support the research, testing, and optimization of marketing assets to support program improvement and growth. Your areas of focus will include LifeStation’s Amazon store, organic and paid search marketing user experience, organic and paid social channels, email, landing pages, content promotion, and more.

The Role:
- Develop content and communication strategies to be leveraged across email, web, and paid advertising channels
- Develop audience research and insights into our current and prospective customers
- Produce creative testing plans and prepare ad copy to improve program performance
- Collaborate with development teams and design creative tests to improve landing page experience and performance
- Produce specific insights around new customer behavior, year over year trends, drivers of marketing acquisition performance, and long-term customer value
- Proactively work with team members, other marketing teams, creative, finance, and other cross-functional groups
- Manage and assist in various projects under the brand, creative and marketing umbrella at Lifestation
- Manage marketing budget, forecast, and accruals weekly/monthly/annually
- Present findings, analysis and recommendations to management
What you need to be successful:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of experience online marketing, retail marketing, or digital media planning
- Ability to execute according to plan, deliver results in a timely manner, and manage multiple projects in an ambiguous environment.
- Able to see trends and to extract actionable insights from data to drive results
- Meticulous attention to detail required.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Bonus points for experience
- Experience developing brand tone and communication strategies
- Sales or marketing copywriting for email, web, advertising, press releases, or other marketing materials
- Experience or certification with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or any of the major DSPs
- Familiarity with Wordpress, Unbounce, or other CMS systems, landing page design and testing tools, CRM platforms, or email platforms
