We are looking for a full-time, disciplined Marketing Coordinator to join our team of professionals, tasked with a wide range of responsibilities. Knowledge and experience in healthcare, real estate or business development, is highly preferred. This person must have an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, strong ability to decipher and prioritize tasks, pay acute attention to detail, be analytical, and possess the ability to perform under pressures of sensitive schedules and deadlines.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing
- Supports the Marketing Director in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, and events.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Graphic Design
- Create visually compelling graphics and layouts for various marketing materials and collateral, including, email campaigns, site content, social media posts, paid/earned media.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
Content Planning & Strategy
- Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Plan and schedule content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and curate relevant content, including blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain organized records of marketing materials, assets, and collateral.
- Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
- Provide general administrative support to the Marketing Director as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design, communications, or a related field.
- Must have 2-3+ years of experience in graphic design, with adept proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
- 1-2+ years of experience managing CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Experience with managing multiple marketing projects from inception to completion, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly organized, efficiently able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease.
- Strong social media experience managing multiple channels across paid, owned, and earned media.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing trends.
