Area Services Director Enterprise Imaging

Position:
The Area Services Director will be strategically responsible for managing a team that works with our customers to understand, implement, and optimize our service delivery solutions. This role reports to the Vice President of Global Services, Enterprise Imaging and will work cross-functionally with other parts of the business including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, Sales Ops and Product. This position will be responsible for the Zone’s performance and will be held accountable for the zone's performance.

Motivate and lead a team of managers and individual contributors that are responsible for the post-sale delivery and implementation of Enterprise Imaging product offerings.
Own operational metrics, such as quote to cash, customer satisfaction and on-time completion of projects.
Play an instrumental role in helping our Implementation organization run as effectively and efficiently as possible, ensuring that everything we do is scalable as we grow, and that the leadership team has the information they need to make strategic decisions about the business.
Build a solid knowledge foundation of Enterprise Imaging products and our solutions/deliverables to support the team and customers.
Accurately forecast zones revenue performance against zones backlog of orders.
Participate in escalations as/if needed, driving towards resolutions and customer satisfaction.
Hold zone personnel accountable for their performance based on a pre-defined set of metrics.
Develop relationships with sales/customer counterparts to promote our business and processes

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead Services personnel which could include Managers, Project Managers, Technical Engineers, Implementation Consultants, Individual Contributors, and other Services staff. Manages staff development through team building, coaching, mentoring, formal evaluations, career counselling and salary reviews.
  • Accountable for Zones performance and holds zone members accountable to their individual metrics.
  • Develop and execute operational actions in collaboration with Regional Sales and Implementation teams to manage backlog to meet or exceed Enterprise Imaging Revenue objectives.
  • Establish and execute operational plans with Regional Sales and Implementation teams to ensure Enterprise Imaging Sales Funnel and executable Backlog are sufficient to meet revenue objectives.
  • Implements new processes/technologies to help streamline business

Direct the efforts of the Zone, to develop project management skills and clinical proficiencies that improve overall efficiency as measured by Cycle Time Reduction, increased Go Live through put, and improved Utilization.
 

  • Provide clear and concise weekly Revenue reviews that report current Enterprise Imaging revenue performance Latest View vs. Forecast vs. Plan for all implementations.
  • Manages customer satisfaction and escalation focal point for resolving complex customer and technical issues associated with the Enterprise Imaging business.
  • Delegates assignments, analyzes recommendations, and implements work improvement processes and quality management. Standardizes processes, communication, documentation across team and zones. Develop and maintain continuous improvement plans for Enterprise Imaging metrics as defined by the VP of Global Services.

Requirements:
At least 7 years management/supervisory experience in a high-tech healthcare company.
5+ years, experience of meeting challenging revenue objectives.
Thorough understanding of implementation processes.
5+ years Project management, change management, forecasting, and process improvement experience preferred with a demonstrated track record of successfully meeting business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Services operations, Healthcare operations preferred

Ability to hold others accountable to meet business objectives.
Ability to influence across all levels of the organization. Strong leadership abilities and an aptitude for mentoring and coaching others.
Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators including CIO’s, directors, radiologists, clinicians, and technologists.
Advanced problem solving and critical reasoning skills.
Proven ability to proactively devise and implement new processes or resources.

The base pay range for this position is $93,150.00 - $230,760.00
