Our Philanthropy & Communications team seeks a motivated fundraising or communications professional with a passion for our mission. Duties include the coordination and production of annual fund campaign materials for CVOEO programs, creation and maintenance of a stewardship program, and implementation of strategies that lead to sound donor cultivation, thorough database management, and content creation. Requirements

Successful applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2-4 years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired; strong computer skills including experience with MS Office, spreadsheets, databases, and fundraising CRMs; be highly organized and able to adhere to simultaneous deadlines; and have a demonstrated commitment to CVOEO’s mission, valuing diversity, and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.
