Simple Technology Solutions is looking for an Amazon Connect Developer to add to our team.

Quick overview:

The Role

AWS Connect is an omnichannel cloud contact center, which is currently AWS's fastest-growing product. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AWS Connect and integrating multiple related solutions to optimize call flows. You will be playing a crucial role in developing the next generation contact center that delivers scalable, resilient systems while maintaining a constant customer focus. As an Amazon Connect Developer, you'll work closely with senior contact center experts to understand the call center requirements. From these requirements, you will architect integrated AWS solutions that leverage multiple related data processing, data storage, analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
