```Duties```
Summary: The Marketing Coordinator will work with the Operations Manager, Admin Team and various Principals to produce promotional materials, respond to RFQ elements with creative layouts, and facilitate other communication efforts S (social media, presentation video/slideshows, and printed literature). The position also requires undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of the Administrative/Marketing department. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining business development systems and records, editing, coordinating, and assisting in writing proposals, brochures, press releases and other marketing/public relations materials.
Admin Duties:
- Preparation of competitive project proposals, including materials and information for submittals, presentations, and brochures.
- Gather project and related company data helpful in the marketing process; develop brochures, order reprints, photographs, write biographies and generally provide materials for use by firm Project Managers.
- Prepare documentation of a technical nature with input from the Project Managers, Vice Presidents, and other staff members as appropriate.
- Assist in maintaining filing system of Experience sheets and related documents.
- Assist in managing Client-contact program including ESD’s global address book.
- Assist administrative support staff in developing, maintaining, updating and implementing a business development/client mailing list.
- Maintaining status of professional registration and preparing applications as required for registrants.
- Maintain updated information on all staff members for purposes of writing resumes/biographies; handle all outside requests of a general promotional nature from clients, consultants, etc.
- Coordinate equipment and/or exhibit arrangements for trade shows and conferences, oversee setup.
- Maintain subscription list; renew as required.
- Keep the website current with highlighted projects, pictures, and content.
- Maintain archive of firm-related articles and activities.
- May also perform special projects and other Admin-related duties as requested and delegated by the Operations Manager and Senior leaders.
- Generate publicity through newspapers, magazine articles, etc.
- Continue to update the database (Ajera) as needed for admin work flow.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
