Job Description:

We are looking for a ray of sunshine who will assist us and keep on on track with all admin duties. Right person will be a go getter and have a pro-active approach

  • Support the team with administrative tasks and general operations to help reach the product and corporate objectives.

  • Reporting to senior management and performing and administrative duties.

  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders

  • Manage correspondence (e-mail, TG, etc.)

  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

• Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
