Candid Network is a creative agency focused on on-demand UGC creation. We produce as much content as our clients need, as quickly as they need it—all from our curated network of creators. We’re scaling UGC and short-form video for leading brands such as Nordstrom, Alo, and Nike, driving compelling social proof online.


The Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented Account Manager to spearhead the day to day activities for our key client accounts. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless execution of account initiatives and fostering strong, lasting client partnerships.


You will be responsible for overseeing all account activity, creative strategy, and driving client satisfaction and business growth. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to translate client needs into actionable plans and deliver exceptional results within the world of short form UGC and content creation on Tiktok and Reels.


Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all day-to-day activities on assigned key accounts, ensuring clear, proactive communication and swift resolution of client needs and inquiries.
  2. Oversee all account activity, meticulously ensuring accurate and timely reporting while upholding a high standard of service delivery.
  3. Lead concept development for campaigns and content series across social platforms.
  4. Identify opportunities to elevate social media performance and audience engagement.


Qualifications

  1. 4+ years of agency experience in creative strategy, content creation, or social media direction.
  2. 3+ years of experience in account management and building strong client relationships in a client facing role.
  3. A strong portfolio or case study to prove your past social media success of growing a brand page or your own.
  4. Strong understanding of organic social media strategy, especially UGC and short-form content for Tiktok and Reels.
  5. Highly organized and self-motivated, with a startup mindset.

Compensation:

  1. $95,000 - $105,000/year
  2. Stock Options $10,000/annually
