What You’ll Do:
- Lead virtual consultations with individuals and families to identify insurance or retirement planning needs
- Educate clients and recommend the right-fit solutions with clarity and empathy
- Use digital tools and our proven system to manage your pipeline and appointments
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of mentors and specialists
- Participate in coaching and team development opportunities to sharpen your craft
- Maintain a high standard of follow-through, responsiveness, and professionalism

Preferred Background:
- Prior experience in sales, financial services, or client advisory roles
- Comfort using digital tools like Zoom, CRMs, and productivity software
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Coachable and self-motivated with high personal accountability
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (we do not offer visa sponsorship)

Compensation:
Commission + bonus structure with realistic earnings between $85,000 – $150,000+ annually, based on performance. No caps. No quotas. Just results.
