The Website and Content Specialist requires a high level of organization, superior writing skills, and the ability to manage website projects independently. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in an agency setting or managing professional websites and has worked with distributed teams.
Duties
Create and assist the Communications Manager and Marketing Team with weekly content such as:
Weekly blogs - brainstorming, writing, categorizing trends
Social Media Posting - daily post on select content
Metrics - weekly reporting to the Communications Manager and Marketing Team on social media and website metrics from Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Website Editing - Changing out graphics, words, buttons, calendars, and links.
Website duties continued:
Becoming an in-house WordPress expert
Reporting on metrics, such as buttons on our website and A/B testing of pages
Creating new landing pages
Understanding SEO and traffic of a page
Additional responsibilities to be assigned that involve communications, marketing, and web design as they arise, with shifting priorities.
