Job Overview:

The Operations and Client Experience Manager will join our innovative and entrepreneurial team in leading the evolution of LPL’s go-to-market strategy with new business lines and advisor affiliation models. The successful candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously, possess excellent interpersonal skills, be highly analytical, and a have commitment to client satisfaction and success.

 

We want a high energy, outside of the box thinker with a strong understanding of the HNW (High Net Worth) operations aspect of the Private Wealth management business. The VP (Vice President) will have a unique ability to understand the various needs of advisors and the ecosystem that supports their operations and service is key. We are looking for people with strong organizational, critical thinking and analytical skills who see the power in creating processes that will allow for superior service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operations and service for high-net-worth support, supervising issues and taking initiative to resolve complex matters in a timely fashion.

  • Track and spearhead adjustments to current policies and procedures with a focus on providing excellent service from the start.

  • Take lead in understanding the high-net-worth client base and when to escalate specific requests to meet the needs of the end investor.

  • Build strong relationships and collaborate with internal business partners to strategize and develop innovative solutions to improving the advisor service, operations, and compliance experience while coordinating and serving as an accountable party to milestones, timelines, and outcomes.

  • Solicit candid feedback from our Private Wealth advisors, learn quickly from this feedback, and iterate the policies, procedure, and processes nimbly.

  • Effectively leverage data to track key program performance indicators, identify trends, and ensure projects and programs align to priorities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience working in the operations/service aspect of the wealth management industry.

  • Familiarity with the unique business considerations for HNW clients and the advisors that serve them.

  • Strong familiarity with the MS Office suite and Salesforce.

  • Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and business leaders to manage, execute and implement strategies.

  • Superior analytical skills with an ability to identify relevant data, evaluate business opportunities in a larger organization and present findings clearly and actionably.

  • Team-player with a positive can-do attitude, with an ability to both contribute as an individual and develop relationships to motivate cross functional teams.

  • Desire to be part of an entrepreneurial team and an ability to succeed within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, grounded in tangible results.

 


Pay Range:

$155,480-$233,220/year

 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
