Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Terminal Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for supporting terminal company administrative functions and backfilling for product account representatives as required. This role will calculate and/or enter storage tank gauges into the terminal stock accounting software (DTN Guardian 3) to determine the terminal’s physical product inventories, ensure product integrity and fungibility are maintained (Sulfur, IRS, EPA, RVP, Octane, etc.), and maintain proper and accurate gasoline and diesel additive documentation. This position should also expect to:

  • Identify, schedule, and process product orders and prepare required documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of work procedures.
  • Answer telephone and monitor camera for entry gate.
  • Greet customers, visitors, and vendors, and directs to appropriate personnel.
  • Participate in regular safety and pollution prevention meetings.
  • Serve as backup for product account representatives in their absence.
  • Sell and track purchases of employee store merchandise.

  • Hiring Wage Range: $18.93 – $22.27 / hour (depending on experience and qualifications); Position Wage Range: $18.93 - $25.62 / hour

THE CATCH

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years’ clerical, customer service or administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Must obtain and maintain a current Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) in accordance with Department of Homeland Security requirements.
  • Must have a valid Drivers’ License and maintain an insurable driving record to drive company vehicles as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to self-direct and prioritize goals and objectives.
