The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is a senior Sales and Client Success function whose is focus on driving significant ARR growth through Absorb’s key accounts. The SAM will serve as a senior business and sales resource responsible for understanding our key client needs and objectives. In turn, you’re able to provide solutions that increase usage of Absorb, create sales opportunities for add-on products and services, and open the door for meaningful expansion opportunities. The SAM is required to continually develop industry and product knowledge to best serve their customers. The ideal candidate will need the following key attributes: Long-term thinking, consultative selling, and strong senior relationship building skills.
This is a critical role that drives increased net retention within a strategic book of accounts. This role will be hybrid or fully remote.
