Techfinite Systems is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to take the lead in automation, CI/CD, and infrastructure management for large-scale enterprise projects. You’ll combine technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure our applications are secure, reliable, and scalable across hybrid and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for enterprise applications.
2. Automate build, deployment, and monitoring processes.
3. Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerized applications.
4. Work closely with developers, QA, and cloud teams to speed up releases.
5. Troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis for system or infrastructure issues.
6. Maintain security, compliance, and performance standards in all DevOps workflows.
7. Mentor junior engineers and help enforce best DevOps practices.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
2. 3–4 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
3. Skilled in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud deployments.
4. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
5. Proficient with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
6. Familiar with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, or ELK Stack.
7. Strong scripting ability in Python, Shell, or Go.

Preferred Skills

1. AWS or Azure DevOps certifications.
2. Experience working on healthcare IT or government (federal) projects.
3. Knowledge of security automation and compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, FedRAMP).
