At GoDaddy, we’re creating tools that help millions of small businesses communicate and stay productive. As a Senior UX Designer on our Productivity Team, you’ll design easy, reliable, and thoughtful experiences for tools like email and related services that business owners depend on every day.

You’ll focus on:

1. Helping users get started quickly and smoothly.
2. Simplifying account settings and management.
3. Improving reliability and performance.
4. Making it easier for users to get value from our tools.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys making complicated things feel simple, understands both solo entrepreneurs and enterprise users, and uses data and feedback to guide design decisions.

What You’ll Do

1. Design clear, user-friendly experiences for GoDaddy’s email and productivity tools.
2. Create solutions that make onboarding, settings, and account management easier.
3. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers.
4. Balance customer needs with technical constraints.
5. Design for A/B and multivariate tests, analyze results, and improve designs.
6. Contribute to GoDaddy’s design systems, patterns, and visual language.
7. Collaborate with a global team of talented, supportive designers.
8. Share ideas, give feedback, and help others grow.

What We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio.
2. Ability to turn complex systems into simple, user-centered designs.
3. Skilled in Figma and FigJam (or similar tools).
4. Experience working with product managers, engineers, and content designers.
5. Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills

1. Experience designing productivity or communication tools.
2. Ability to handle technical or infrastructure-heavy projects.
3. Experience with usability testing, user research, or A/B testing.
4. Some knowledge of front-end development for smoother teamwork.
5. Familiarity with Agile or other fast-paced product environments.
